Environmental friendliness
During construction, we use modern, environmentally friendly materials. The panels of the house kit are made of a universal, durable polymer that does not contain harmful substances such as asbestos and formaldehydes. It is not susceptible to rot, mold, and is not interesting to rodents.

Houses are safe in any weather, regardless of temperature and ventilation mode.
We do not use toxic substances during construction.
In construction, we use materials that are safe for children and animals.
Energy efficiency

ENTRANCE GROUPS:
We use different options for the design of entrance groups and their design
Options for the design of the entrance group to the building:

FOUNDATION:
The standard foundation for our houses is a pile-screw with metal strapping. If necessary, any type of foundation can be used.
The only criterion is adaptation to the dome design.
Possible foundation options to choose from:

- columnar
Possible options for decorative finishing of the basement:
- PVC panels
- decorative lining of the ceiling with the exposed part of the pile field

ROOF:
The standard type of finishing for domed houses is flexible roof tiles. We use Tegola flexible roof tiles from the business plus range. You can choose from different color options according to the manufacturer’s current catalog.

ROOF:
We use insulated roof outlets for ventilation and hood arrangement, this prevents condensation from forming.
A special fireproof outlet is used to equip fireplaces.

Unique patented technology
A high—density polyurethane foam insulation of the TYMPEN-210 brand is used as the main material of the panels.
It has high quality, good thermal and mechanical properties and is completely safe for the environment. It is allowed for use in children’s institutions.
The quality and safety of the material is confirmed by tests and the conclusion of Sanitary inspection.
Polyurethane foam is the best thermal insulator.

Retains its structure when heated and cooled
Polyurethane foam samples were tested in a climate chamber. There they were exposed to temperatures from -40 °C to +40 °C at various humidity levels. Heating alternated with immersion in water. The process was repeated 80 times, which is equivalent to 80 years of operation. At the same time, the structure of the material has not changed in any way.
It’s not lit. C++ Class Security
We use special polyurethane foam with the addition of flame retardants — it does not burn, but melts. If there is no open flame, it self-extinguishes after 4 seconds. In order for it to start burning, a constant fire source with a temperature of 490 degrees is required. An ordinary match or cigarette is not capable of igniting it. In comparison, wood begins to burn at a temperature of about 260 degrees.
Bacteriologically resistant
Polyurethane foam is almost completely resistant to biological and bacterial influences — mold and mildew cannot develop in it. Moisture does not destroy it. It contains no nutrients, so it does not attract rodents and other animals.
Suitable even for the harshest climate
It can withstand gusts up to 250 m/s (typical hurricane — 120 m/s). Due to the aerodynamic shape of the sphere, the wind has nothing to cling to. The howling of the wind is almost inaudible.

Maintains a stable room temperature
PU foam practically does not allow air to pass through, therefore it acts on the principle of a thermos. For example, at -30 degrees outside, with the heating turned off, the temperature inside drops by only 2-3 degrees per day.
An effective form for heat preservation
There are no corners in the dome walls made of PU foam, they are homogeneous, therefore there are no cold bridges.
A warm floor is sufficient for heating.
The air circulates freely inside the sphere. Underfloor heating is sufficient for heating the structure.
Comparative wall thickness with the same thermal conductivity
Domed houses benefit in comparison

resistance of materials to loads, durability and speed of construction.

The KupolDom project, created in 2012, was primarily focused on the mass production of residential and administrative buildings. The samples of structures for various purposes presented at the Army-2015 exhibition (field headquarters of the commander, field kitchen) were approved by the top leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and were placed in Patriot Park.
