WALLS:
The feature of the walls is the rounding. It is not difficult to carry out the finishing work. We use special mortgages (included in the house kit) on which subsystems made of metal or wood can be mounted. After that, you can easily fix various finishing materials.
We offer different types of finishes to choose from:
- clapboard finish — we attach clapboard, imitation timber or a blockhouse to the finished rack-and-pinion base
- finishing with plywood or decorative panels — we attach plywood or decorative panels to the finished rack base
- finishing for painting — we will assemble and carry out finishing works using KNAUF technology for painting
FURNITURE:
You can easily put any necessary furniture close to the wall and not lose useful space. We have provided for this feature and made a rounding in our houses at a height of 1.05 meters from the floor.
A kitchen set, a bedside table, a chest of drawers or any other floor furniture no higher than 0.9-1 meter
FLOORS:
In standard projects for finishing floors in “dry” rooms, we use laminate of the 33rd class, and porcelain stoneware for “wet” rooms.
We can choose other options for finishing floors:
- laminate of the 33rd class and above
- quartz-vinyl coatings
- SPS laminate of the 33rd class and above
- semi-commercial linoleum
- special purpose linoleum
DOORS:
The entrance doors of our houses have different versions
To choose from, we offer:
- for private houses — metal doors with thermal break, two locks and a latch (relevant for the northern regions)
- for commercial use — aluminum frame with thermal break and one cylinder lock
- for commercial use — plastic REHAU profile doors with one cylinder lock
WALLS:
The feature of the walls is the rounding. We have provided convenient use of the space around the walls. At a distance of 29 cm from the wall, the ceiling height above the head is 1.8 meters. And at a distance of 60 cm from the wall, the ceiling height is already 2.2 meters.
this allows you to put the bed near the wall and conveniently use the space for passage.
DESIGN:
When buying a house, you can choose ready-made design solutions in decoration.
We can develop an individual design for each client, taking into account all the wishes from the choice of materials for decoration to the choice of furniture, textiles and accessories.
For glamping, we offer two options that take into account all the needs of customers. This helps the business to get a good impression, loyalty and “retention”, customer return. This guarantees a stable and predictable income.
LIGHTING:
In our homes, there is no clear transition between the ceiling and the walls. This is not a problem for installing different types of lighting. To create the right lighting, we use not only a part of the ceiling arch, but also other methods and light sources. For example, bedside lighting, floor lamp, LED lights.
WINDOWS:
A special feature of the windows is the presence of a semicircular arch. This is not a problem. We cooperate with manufacturers and supply complete windows.
There are three window height options to choose from:
- 880×1500 mm (WxDxH) — standard window, single-leaf (with or without lamination) REHAU profile
- 880×1700 mm (WxDxH) — enlarged window, single-leaf (with or without lamination) REHAU profile
- 880×2440 mm (WxDxH) — panoramic window, single-leaf (with or without lamination) REHAU profile
